Registering an Authority with Caretilt
Click on the Get Started button on the homepage, or Register button in the top right corner to start your registration.
Here, please fill out your personal details. Make sure you, and only you have access to these details as they will be used for 2 factor authentication and password retrieval.
Make sure to use a mobile number with the country code and + in front. You will receive verification SMS on this number.
Make sure you have read the Terms of service and privacy policy and agree to them and click on the I am looking for services. Click Sign up.
Finish entering your details and details of the Authority.
Click Send SMS Code to receive a verification SMS and enter it into the space provided. Click Verify.
You will be taken back to the home page with a success message. You should have a new button on your navbar at the top called “Dashboard”, please click this, and subscribe to a package.
Once payment is received, your account will be activated and you will have full access to the site.
Dashboard-
On the left of the Dashboard is the navigation panel the following links allow you to do the following:
My details:-
Add/Change your name/email/phone number/password and cancel your account
Team Management:-
Add a user by entering their email and mobile number
The new Team Member receives an email with a password which they can use to login. After clicking “Add Team Member”, you should receive a success message and their name will appear on the table, underneath “Unverified Users”. Clicking “Edit”, will take you to their account permissions. Once you have verified with the member that they received the email you can activate their account and assign them a Super user role from this screen. Here you can also enter their name, or delete/deactivate the account as needed.

Subscription Packages:-
In this tab you can View your subscription.. Clicking on “Manage” will allow you to change your payment methods, download invoices and change or cancel your subscription. Changes to Subscriptions will occur after the current period.
Care Home search:-
Here is where you can search for a service and filter by services and region. Get more details about a service by clicking on more details and send the Care Provider a message.
Authority Details:-
Here you can edit details about the Authority.
